Sterling IAQ Consultants Ltd. (Sterling IAQ) has partnered with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) China to provide indoor air quality education sessions to its members.
Michael Glassco of Sterling IAQ and BOMA China have organized two special indoor air quality education sessions … August 13 in Beijing and August 14 in Shanghai. The intent of these sessions is to inform BOMA China members of the state of indoor air quality management for the commercial real estate sector in Canada and initiate dialogue within the members on what changes could be implemented in China.
One of the focus points of these sessions is to discuss the importance and advantages of proactive indoor air quality management versus the reactive approach. Additionally, since outdoor air pollution in China is well documented, the state of indoor air quality is not. So our goals are primarily aimed at ensuring occupants of commercial real estate buildings in China are provided health indoor environments.
